SHIPPING INFORMATION
Discreet Packaging
Orders are packed in plain unmarked boxes, or padded envelopes, and our name will not show up anywhere on it. Your privacy is guaranteed.
Shipping Time
Orders are normally processed within 3-5 business days and shipped out within 7-10 business days. US & International customers can expect longer shipping periods as we have no control over Customs. If a tracking number is desired, we suggest Express shipping as not all expedited packages through Canada Post get a tracking number.
Please note: For lingerie the shipping and processing time will vary. Due to the nature of the product some may need to be special ordered and therefore take longer to arrive.
Due to the fact that not all products may be in-stock at our Canadian warehouse, some items may be shipped from our US warehouse to increase the speed of delivery. If you ordered from Canada and you get charged anything for duty, Slippery Pleasures will refund you the duty amount.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is free for all orders over $45.00 CDN (before taxes). Express shipping (expedited) is available for an additional charge. See "Shipping Details" for more info.
Note to International Shoppers
For international orders, the product description “Health Care Products” will be printed on the customs tag. International customers are responsible for any taxes, tariffs or duties imposed by the destination country on incoming shipment from Canada. We recommend checking with your local postal authorities for details.

No. Your privacy is protected. Orders are wrapped in a plain package & they are not marked with SlipperyPleasures.com’s name.
3. Why are Slippery Pleasures’s prices so much lower than most many other stores?
Slippery Pleasures is focused on providing the highest quality product at the lowest price. Because of our high volume we are able to lower the prices.
4. I don’t want to provide my credit card information via the internet, is there any other way to place orders?
Currently the only way to place an order is by secure Internet.
5. Can I pay by cheque?
No, at the present time we are not accepting cheques.
6. If you don’t carry a particular product I am looking for – do you accept special requests?
YES! Slippery Pleasures is continuously looking for new and innovative products. The staff at Slippery Pleasures will do the very best we can at finding and reviewing any suggested products.
7. Can I return my order?
SlipperyPleasures.com has a 7 day return policy on all vibrating products with a manufacturer’s defect only. If the item is damaged from the point of sale you may exchange it for the same item only.
Lingerie, Lotions, Oils, Lubricants etc. are strictly non-returnable.
Videos and DVDs are returnable only if damaged from point of sale. These can only be exchanged for the same title.
All other items are strictly non-returnable.
NO CASH REFUNDS
INFORMATION ON TAXES
Taxes at the source, if applicable, will be automatically added to your order total and indicated separately for your information. Any import duties or taxes will be the purchaser’s responsibility.
5% Cancellation Fee: If you have placed an order and your credit card has already been charged, we reserve the right to credit your account, less 5% of your total order. This is to cover the costs of our handling fees and the processing fees charged by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
